Books purchased through Edu Bharat are generally non-returnable. This is because we aim to provide detailed descriptions and previews of each book, helping buyers make informed decisions. Exceptions to this policy include:
- Books that are significantly different from the description or preview provided.
- Damaged or defective copies delivered.
- Incorrect items sent to the buyer.
We recommend buyers carefully review all book details, including images and descriptions, before completing a purchase.
Case-by-Case Returns
While most purchases are final, we understand that certain situations may require flexibility. For cases that meet the exception criteria, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the book by emailing bharatvarshatechnologies@gmail.com.
- Include the order number, details of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photographs of the book.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 6-7 business days.
If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed for eligible returns under the following terms:
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective book).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Books with visible signs of use beyond the original condition.
- Books marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- E-books or digital downloads.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage, your order number, and any relevant details. We will prioritize resolving these issues, either by offering a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
